At My school they kept a clock running counterclockwise as a reminder that the way things have been done isn necessarily the only way. The clock is also a reminder that changes can be constructive. That's an awesome idea for whoever thought of it. I have a lot of ways that change can be good. But I don't have much time eleborate.

wat i always do is jump into it and best to start anything new is first discuss it with ur peers ,open discussions help to understand things better and obviusly new ideas keep poppin in....................more people better ideas
