When changing gears, the sound of tusss. When you go from gear 1 and change it to 2 theres a sound of tusss. Which body part do you get for to enable that sound.

Nothing to do with a gear box or any of that. Basically when you set a turbo system up to push a certain amount of pressure into your cylinders all the extra gets sent to the blow-off valve to protect the engine, well that sound is just a relief of all that extra air pressure being sent there.
