I have been a vegan for 10 years (I am now 20 years old).
I'm always tired, stressed I'm overweight and I have major hair loss, I am balding at 20!
And my emotions are out of control (not because I am a girl but like really there is no reason one minute I am happy and the next minute for no reason I am angry or sad or extra happy or like you get the point my emotions are ever changing for no reason. I am always stressing about nothing. I used to weigh 200 lbs but I lost 40 lbs in the past year and a half but I cant lose anymore. I work out every morning but I still am not loosing weight. I am always tired- its 1:00pm and I already took a nap today! I never take vitamins- I try to be natural... Can vitamins be the only reason for all this? What should I be taking? Like I eat mostly raw foods- nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans) and vegetables (kale, broccoli, lettuce, cucumbers, onion, carrots, edema-me (and tofu) sprouts) and fruits (tomatoes, grapefruits, apples, kiwi, mango, plums) I figured my eating habits would supply my vitamins naturally (I like to stay natural) but I am still experiencing all these problems.
Please help I hate being tired all the time.I have been a vegan for 10 years, I'm tired, stressed, overweight, balding %26amp; my emotions are out of control?u r 20 yrs and u used vegan for 10 yrs
good jokeI have been a vegan for 10 years, I'm tired, stressed, overweight, balding %26amp; my emotions are out of control? That's what you get for being vegan. Humans are omnivores. Animals are tasty. Eat meat.I have been a vegan for 10 years, I'm tired, stressed, overweight, balding %26amp; my emotions are out of control?Forget it. Find the first burger joint. Look at menu. Burger or salad? Meat or veg? In the end, you'll say, %26quot;fuc it, meat please.%26quot; It's ok. I give you permission.
You have a need that isn't satisfied. I'm sure you have heard this argument before, but you must hear it again... we are omnivores. We can eat meat or veg, but it is unhealthy to eat just one. Mix it up sometimes. You're missing something from your diet.
Eat!!! Eat meat. Eat vegetables. Eat non-hallucinogenic mushrooms. Find nourishment in all. Something is lacking. Find it and eat it. Worry about it when you die, but just enjoy the ride.
