Like quickly changing lanes and cutting through, I mean like constantly and swiftly going in and out of lanes to get as much ahead as you can

I don't know what they are called anywhere else but in the Bronx we call them %26quot;@ssholes%26quot;.

They really are called aggressive drivers. In Delaware they have signs that say %26quot;Report Aggressive and Drunk drivers%26quot;.
This is a G rated sight, so I can't tell you what I call them.
The legal term is a 'koober'. Doing this is 'koobing'.
