Instead of changing the political system, it would just be a commune where everyone was equal. Would you want to live and work there for the benefit of the community? If I were to set up a communist town, would you live there?hell nooo! that sh*t never works out.
really im being put down for my answer?
i mean really communism is just bull. no one is really equal to each other.
read animal farm then maybe you might understand somthing !
(its about communism)If I were to set up a communist town, would you live there? No thanks, I don't need a death sentenceIf I were to set up a communist town, would you live there?Hell no. Not everybody is equal in some sense. Some people are better at sports. Others are better looking and others are more intelligent. Communism punishes success. No way.nah, gulags aren't my thing. Can I park my Camaro and Town Car there because I'm not driving no %26quot;peoples car%26quot;.If you set it up it will fail.I would only if I knew the people I would be with would be well educated and had an income higher or similar to mine.Hell 2 the NO!Finally someone who actually understands what Marx was talking about. The typical American reaction we're all programmed to display when someone utters the unspeakable word, %26quot;communism%26quot;, is one of hatred, disgust, and most prominent of all, fear.
Communism was never intended to be implemented on a mass scale, and is not directly related with a large military influence. The cruel killings and torture are perhaps more affiliated with communism as a system, rather than on the harsh and psychotic dictators that actually enacted them.
In answer to your question, no, I would not. I'm only 16 right now, and it really wouldn't be fair for me to complain about my life, I like my life in the capitalistic way it is for now :).
Ask me in 50 years you might get a different answer.Jessica, are you stupid?
George Orwell, the author of your beloved 'Animal Farm' was a communist himself. Even so much that he volonteered in a Communist Militia (POUM) in Spain during the Civil War. He constantly praised communism throughout his books and was especially fond about how it was implented in Spain.
read Homage to Catalonia then maybe you might understand somthing (sic) !I don't think the point of communism is to have everyone equal. That would be regressive. I have many economic issues regarding communism anyways. And will this be some anarcho-syndicalist/communist community? If you want to voluntarily make some communist town, go for it.I don't want to be equal with everyone, I think everyone should have equal benefits and opportunities wait that is communism. Honestly if your town were in Southern California where the climate can't be beat I get 300 bucks a month for food, live rent and utility free including cable, phone, and internet and get 1000 a month to buy things, send me to college for free, pay for my medical bills and medicine, give me a new car just like everyone else with free gas and repairs for it I'll do whatever work the community would have me do and love every minute of it. I enjoy my government taking care of me. And capitalism is still functioning in communist countries today so why not. It's all about the climate really though no more winters.yeah no that stuff fails every timeIt's not only for the benefit of the community, but for the benefit of everyone, including oneself.
Communism has more motivation than capitalism. In capitalism you get payed the same and less than your worth (if you're a worker), in capitalism you earn what you produce.
