I always hear about having to change your workout routine, or else it won't be as useful for you anymore. Is this really that important?How important is changing up your workout routines?Very important, it will allow you to train different muscle groups and rest your other muscles. E.g. Upper body Monday, Friday
Lower body Tuesday, Thursday
Cardio and stretching should always be first and possibly a cool down (slow walk, massage, shower) after your workout.
