If you change your url on tumblr, will you stay in your follower's following box?

If you change your URL on Tumblr, would your new URL/Link in your Follower's Following box be replaced with the new one? Or would your follows have to re-follow you and etc? I have no idea how Tumblr works and i can't find the answer anyway.
