I'm currently using a Virgin Media internet. I have become aware that they are getting to expensive and I am planning on changing onto another company. Although I'm looking to do this I'm not sure which company. Does anybody no any good companies to be with? 拢14.99 and free set up, also they have a better reputation than BT who have a shocking record for customer service. When you call, if you ask them about their Broandband deals they'll probably give you your first 4-6 months half price. Never had a single problem with them.

You will have to bear in mind that all other providers are ADSL and have to use the BT system. Therefore you have to have a BT line for which you have to pay rental on.
Also if there is not a BT line connected to your house it will cost you about 拢123 to have one put in according to BT's site.
