For instance if somebody deleted me off their MSN list, then i wont be able to see their updates and pics/avatars on their profile would i?..But one thing am confused about is that on their MSN their status message hasnt changed for 2 weeks, yet on their profile it changes whenever they change them?..Or is it case of not being on-line when they change their statues hence of only seeing their old status message?

that depends on the contact's profile settings..
-anyway if sb's PM and pic changes on the profile but not on MSN he might have blocked or removed you (in this case he did not set up on his profile that only his allowed MSN contacts can see his profile and updates)
-another possibility is that that person was not online at the same time as you were so his stuff changed (as you can see on his profile) but you did not see the changes on MSN
-if you delete sb without blocking him he can still see your updates, display and PM and profile
-if you delete sb AND block him he should not be able to see all that

go to your profile
pricacy settings
set up here who you want to be able to see your profile and updates
-you can go here too
log on MSN
tools
options
layout
click on UPDATES LIST OPTIONS
then on the page do the settings there
